4 bedroom Condo $1350.00/month plus hydro.

Deposit Policy

40% per week is required for all reservations. Cancellations received 60 days prior to check in will have deposit returned less an administration fee. Cancellations applicable to 'in season rates' with 60 days or less notice will be charged 1 nights rate if the unit can be rented. If the unit is not rented the deposit will be forfeited. A cleaning deposit is required and will be returned if the unit is left in the condition it was rented. All guests must register at the office with a maximum of 2 guests per unit. We reserve the right to refuse any guests at any time.
